Family and Children Resources (ICAN)

ICAN helps Vietnamese parents and grandparents bridge the gaps in parenting to successfully help their children grow healthy and happy in both cultures. ICAN staff can provide information and support across a broad range of programming including: 

• Early Childhood Education 
• Support for Parents and Families 
• Emergency Rental Assistance Program 
• Homeless Prevention Services 
• Emergency Broadband Benefits (discounted internet) 

The listed programs are facilitated by ICAN staff at the VASC.

ICAN services are in the VASC lobby every Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. No appointment needed!
